As a supplier warehouse dust control dividers , we have found these tips useful for our customers who are looking for dust containment solutions.

Tip #1 - The warehouse dust control divider curtains can contain free-flowing dust in a warehouse at a fraction of the cost of a fixed wall. However, you need to take into consideration the movement of material and personnel from both sides of the dust control divider. If light traffic is expected, then a simple Velcro attachment can be used which will allow the movement of personnel from one side to the other. If however you expect regular traffic from one side to the other, then a strip curtain can be used. These strip curtains are installed as a component of the main curtain and are no different than any other strip curtain in your facility.

Tip #2 - These dust control dividers should also feature a floor sweep that closes the gap between the floor and the curtain. This floor sweep is Velcro attached to the curtain so that it can be replaced should extensive friction take place between the sweep and the floor. The floor sweep will not allow dust to pass under the divider curtain.

Tip #3 - Chain weights are also a good component to have included at the base of the dust control curtain. These chains eliminate or greatly reduce any side to side movement from excessive airflow inside of the warehouse.
