When you have an industrial curtain which you are looking to hang, you need to find a curtain track which will properly hold it and allow it to move back and forth with ease.

Consider You Options

The best option is to use a modular industrial curtain track which will be shipped to you ready for install. rather than you having to cut, weld and design your own. a modular curtain track comes in several components which you simply bolt together based on your desired length. It features several different options which range from ceiling mounting, wall to wall mounting, I-Beam mounting, and chain mounting.

The track also feature 90 bends which allow a complete closure of the curtain. Another important consideration is the construction of the curtain, it is also important to make sure that it's constructed out of galvanized steel. This will prevent premature rusting which would result in poor performance, or at worst, require you to purchase an entirely new curtain track.

Also make sure that all of the industrial hardware is included with the package. You do not want to be shipped a box full of random components and then have to find the proper bolts, nuts and screws. It is a good idea to talk with the supplier and make sure that they are going to include everything you need to install the industrial curtain track without the need for further purchases.

What You Need to Begin

To receive a formal quotation you're going to need some basic information to provide to the supplier. For instance, your going to need to know the exact length of track based on the length of your curtain. You will also want to inform the supplier of the height of the curtain. They will need to know this information so that they can provide enough strength in the steel to hold up the weight of the entire assembly.

You also want to consider your options for hanging the curtain. If you have a very high ceiling, you are more than likely going to want to have a chain or a cable that hangs down to support the curtain track. If you have a low ceiling, then you can connect the curtain mounting hardware directly to the ceiling. one method is not necessarily better than the other, it is simply a matter of your application needs.
